Summary: As an avid fan and player of the card game, Duel Monsters, Judai centres his entire identity and life around it. From attending a school specifically designed around the game to devoting the rest of his life to investigating Duel Spirit-related anomalies around the world, he lives and breathes Duel Monsters. As expectant of a player of a children's card game, Judai is overly friendly, out-going, and easily excitable, often acting like a very loud, excited dog, which can be extremely annoying for those who want nothing to do with him or who can't keep up with his endless energy. His downside is that he's kind of an idiot; despite realizing that life is more than just dueling, he still shows very little interest in anything besides the kids' card game and its Duel Spirits. Underneath all that bubbly personality though, he carries a heavy burden as the Supreme King, a tyrannical ruler who committed mass genocide. Through a despairing loss of humanity and outside forces, he spent a period of time ruling with a heavy hand and killing anyone who opposed him, including children. This event has caused him to grow up into the adult that he is now, who can understand that the world isn't as innocent or playful as it can appear and that he needs to think twice before jumping into situations. At the same time, though, he still retains much of his happier exterior and lives to make each day better than the last.
Powers/abilities:
⬥ Spiritual Sensitivity: Judai has the ability to both see and control the spirits of Duel Monsters. Much later in the series, he can even materialize them into the real world.
⬥ Supernatural Immunity: After fusing with Yubel, Judai is immune to supernatural influences and manipulations. He is also able to see through illusions and sense paranormal activities.
⬥ Enhanced Physique: His fusion with Yubel has also increased his physical abilities, allowing him to jump great distances and sustain greater amounts of damage than a normal human being.

Gemstone: A simple and small round red (primary) and white (secondary) gem; it's the perfect size to put on a ring or to lose
Lost memory #1: Being the Supreme King - this will revert Judai back to his pre-Supreme King days, where he would run head-first into situations without thinking it through. He will be more carefree and laid back as well.
Lost memory #2: Yubel - Yubel is the prime reason why he became the Supreme King yet they are also Judai's canon love interest, at least his past incarnation's love interest. By forgetting them, he will essentially also forget his deep bond with them, why certain events happened in a particular way, and also reinforce his tenancy to live without a care in the world.
Altered memory: Supreme King's Identity - while also forgetting that he was the Supreme King, Judai will believe that a stranger was the Supreme King. Again, this will reinforce his beliefs that he hasn't done anything wrong and that he can continue living this carefree life where he hasn't learned anything.

Thank you for joining Austice! Judai opens his eyes and finds himself in an unfamiliar town in front of what looks to be a train station. Stepping inside, he feels the ground give way and his ankle snared and yanked up at the same time, so that he's wrapped up inside a blanket dangling over a small pit dug into the ground with half a dozen spear stuck inside it ready for any escape attempts. There are like four to five people hiding outside the station waiting to ambush him with pointy sticks.
